kali ini saya akan memberikan tips buat kalian bagaimana cara presentasi yang baik....



1. Latihan pernafasan

      Atur nafas dengan baik dan pastikan Anda mengetahui cara mengambil nafas saat sedang menyampaikan kalimat yang cukup panjang sehingga pembicaraan tidak terputus.

2. Latihan presentasi dengan orang yang Anda kenal

     Dengan melakukan latihan akan memberikan Anda keyakinan terhadap materi yg hendak disampaikan. Berlatih didepan sekumpulan orang yang Anda kenal seperti anggota keluarga atau teman dengan minimal 3 orang. Dan setelah melakukan presentasi didepan mereka, tanyakan kepada mereka kelebihan dan kekurangan dari presentasi yang Anda lakukan; setelah itu coba perbaiki kekurangan yg ada.

3. Kenali situasi sekitar

    Baca situasi tempat dan acara di mana Anda melakukan presentasi, Apakah menggunakan mikrofon, audio visual seperti proyektor karena semakin baik Anda menguasai lingkungan sekitar maka konsentrasi dapat lebih fokus saat memberikan presentasi.

4. Kenali pendengar

  Terlepas dari seberapa baik Anda menguasai topik presentasi namun jika orang-orang tidak tertarik maka tidak akan berhasil. Ketahui siapa yang akan mendengarkan presentasi setelah itu sesuaikan gaya komunikasi Anda dengan audiens. Jadi, bedakan gaya bicara Anda saat harus berbicara dengan karyawan ataupun dengan mahasiswa.

5. Menyesuaikan isi konten presentasi

    Menyampaikan antara apa yang Anda lakukan dan apa yang Anda bicarakan sering tidak mudah. Tapi ingatlah bahwa ketika kita ingin berpresentasi untuk menarik perhatian audiens pada bisnis Anda, tidak perlu terlihat (bersikap) seperti salesman.

Pastikan poin-poin penting tersampaikan dengan singkat, padat dan jelas; lalu setelah presentasi selesai berikan kesempatan bagi pendengar untuk bertanya.
